A toilet that runs long after you’ve flushed, a cistern that won’t stop refilling, or water pooling at the base are all small annoyances at first. Left alone, though, they tend to get worse, and a constantly running toilet in particular can quietly add a surprising amount to a water bill over a few months.
Denham Court homes cover a wide range, from older fittings on established properties that have simply worn out over the years to newer builds where a toilet has developed a fault not long after installation. Either situation calls for the same thing: a licensed plumber who can work out whether the fix is a straightforward repair or something that genuinely needs replacing.
Get in touch and our booking team will note down what’s happening and arrange for a licensed local plumber to come and have a look. We back every job with a lifetime workmanship guarantee, and in a lot of cases, we can get someone out the same day.

Running cisterns, leaks around the base, weak flushes, cracked pans and broken buttons or handles all fall under toilet repairs. Our plumbers carry parts to suit most major toilet brands, so a lot of these jobs get sorted in a single visit rather than needing a return trip. We check the wax seal, flush mechanism and connections as part of the assessment, since a problem that looks minor on the surface can sometimes point to something else going on underneath. If a unit is too far gone to repair sensibly, we’ll let you know before doing anything further, rather than patching something that’s only going to fail again.
Sometimes a repair isn’t the better option, particularly with an older toilet or one that’s cracked beyond a simple fix. We supply and install a range of toilet types, from standard close-coupled models to wall-hung and rimless designs, and we’re just as happy to install a unit you’ve already bought yourself if you’ve got something specific in mind. Every toilet replacements job includes checking the waste connection and water supply line are in good condition before the new unit goes in, not just fitting it and leaving. Old fittings are removed and taken away as part of the job, so there’s nothing left for you to deal with afterwards.
A weak flush, a double flush that’s become the norm, or a cistern that seems to run longer than it should usually points to worn internals rather than the toilet itself needing replacement. Our toilet flush system upgrades include replacing flush valves, inlet valves and buttons, and we can convert an older single-flush system to a dual-flush setup where that’s a better fit for the property and can help reduce water usage over time. This is often a more cost-effective fix than a full toilet replacement when the pan and cistern themselves are still in good condition.
A running toilet or a leak at the base rarely waits for a convenient time. Our emergency plumber booking team can be reached any hour of the day, and same-day appointments are available in a lot of cases, so you're not stuck waiting around longer than you need to.
Before any work starts, you'll know what the job involves and what it costs. There's no waiting until the invoice arrives to find out what happened.
Every job is carried out under NSW Licence 470657C, by plumbers who've worked across both older fittings on established Denham Court properties and the newer setups found in recently built homes.
If something we've fitted or repaired lets you down due to our workmanship, we come back and put it right at no extra cost.
Our plumbers work tidily, take the old fittings away with them, and leave the bathroom in the same condition they found the rest of the house.

We had a plumbing emergency with no water coming through the kitchen sink, followed by a burst pipe, all happening over the weekend. I dealt with Chris, and he was incredibly kind, responsive and accommodating. He was willing to come out on the weekend, but we ended up scheduling the job for Monday. When he arrived, he fixed everything efficiently and genuinely went above and beyond. He also kindly included a free membership, which was a lovely surprise. Outstanding service, great communication and someone you can really trust. Highly recommend.

It depends on the age and condition of the unit. A running cistern or a worn valve is usually a straightforward repair, but a cracked pan or an older toilet that keeps causing problems is often more sensible to replace. Our plumber can advise once they’ve assessed it.
Both options are available. We can supply and install a toilet as part of the job, or install one you’ve already purchased.
We carry out all work to the applicable plumbing standards under NSW Licence 470657C. Any warranty questions specific to your build are worth checking with your builder directly, but our work is completed to a compliant standard.
Most repairs are completed within a single visit, generally a couple of hours depending on what’s involved. A full replacement can take a little longer.
Yes. A worn inlet valve or a flush that won’t stop running can waste a significant amount of water over time, which usually shows up on the next bill.
